I have the impression that this happens only since I updated from ipython 1. Here's what i get in my terminal window after starting the notebook server and loading the 8.
In order to keep working, I thought of making a copy of that notebook and trim some of the output. That is still ongoing, browser freezed totally using chromium in order to write this comment and it looks like it's going to take 35 minutes again.

I could share the notebook itself, but not a library that is needed to run it. Would that make sense? For the other questions:. That was the solution that worked. But it's definitely a tragic hack. Is there a better way to delete the notebook cache?
I assume that that's the problem. We don't keep any kind of persistent cache in Jupyter, as far as I recall. Clearing that would make it slower to load the next time. Please provide some more details possibly in a new issue. I use notebooks in Firefox without any obvious speed issues, so it's not always slow.GitHub is home to over 40 million developers working together to host and review code, manage projects, and build software together.

When I try to open a notebook in my Azure Notebooks project it says "The notebook server associated with this project has been shutdown". I click the "Restart Notebook Server" button, and then I keep getting the message saying my "Your notebook server appears to be unresponsive".
I cloned my project and that allowed me to continue, but the same thing is happening with the clone now. When I log in now, my project has status "Stopped". I select it and choose "Run". I get Jupyter page with no files. I refresh the page and I get the "The notebook server associated with this project has been shutdown" message.Technicolor dja0231 port forwarding
